Salary: ₩100,000 monthly (performance-based bonuses available)
Summary:
LSE Properties is hiring a creative Content Creator to drive engagement and visibility on Instagram and TikTok through compelling short-form real estate content that supports brand growth and lead generation.
Job Description:
Create engaging Instagram Reels and TikTok videos showcasing property
listings and brand messaging
Shoot and edit short-form real estate videos
Write attention-grabbing captions and hooks tailored to social media audiences
Monitor and leverage current trends, sounds, and formats on Instagram and Tik Tok
Work with the sales team to highlight properties and client success stories
Maintain consistent posting and quality on assigned workdays (Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM)
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar
Strong creativity and storytelling skills
Dependable with strong attention to detail
Experience in real estate or brand content is an added advantage
