About the Role
- Lush Hair Nigeria is hiring a Factory Cost Accountant for our factory to translate daily production data into actionable insights for operations and management.
- Working closely with the Factory Manager, you will own operational reporting, cost analysis and productivity analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily factory performance dashboards and operational MIS
- Analyse production performance against PPIC production plans
- Conduct labour productivity and manpower-utilisation analysis
- Analyse material consumption, BOM variance and wastage
- Analyse production cost and operational efficiency
- Prepare weekly and monthly factory performance reports
- Coordinate the Monthly Functional Review and track action items.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Cost Accounting or Finance
- Professional qualification in Cost & Management Accounting, ICAN is a strong advantage
- 3 - 5 years' experience in manufacturing cost accounting or factory finance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and hands-on ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort in a manufacturing / shop-floor environment
- Must reside in or be able to commute daily to Ikorodu.
