Estate Surveyor

Job Summary
- We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Estate Surveyor to join our team in Port Harcourt.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land measurements, preparing survey reports, and providing accurate data to support construction and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, maps, and reports.
- Establish reference points and benchmarks for construction projects.
- Interpret construction drawings and provide technical input.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Monitor and verify construction progress against survey data.
- Maintain proper documentation of all survey activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Estate Management and valuation with some field experience / Post NYSC.
- 3–5 years relevant experience in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of land laws and surveying standards.
- Ability to operate modern surveying instruments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Additional Requirements:
- Professional certification or registration with relevant bodies (ESVARBON or NIESV) Is an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
