Head Master / Head Mistress
Location: No. 2, Mayowa Okunola, Egbeda, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and full operational launch of a new institution under the SignTech Education initiative.
- Recruit, train, and manage academic and non-academic staff.
- Develop and implement academic programs aligned with national educational standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and excellence-driven school culture.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulatory bodies.
- Serve as liaison between the school, parents, the public, and government agencies.
- Drive the use of digital platforms across academic and administrative operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 4years of school leadership experience.
- Applicants should be able to commute easily to Egbeda.
- Experience in school setup, curriculum development, and administration.
- Knowledge of Nigerian education regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools and education management platforms.
