ORDER FULFILLMENT OFFICER
Location: Ikotun, Lagos
Salary: ₩100,000/month
Hours: Mon-Sat 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Role summary
Manage order processing and coordinate production, packing and dispatch to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
Key responsibilities
Process and confirm customer orders accurately and promptly
Coordinate production, packing and logistics for dispatch
Monitor stock levels and maintain order records/reports
Communicate delivery updates and resolve fulfillment issues
Requirements
Experience in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, or operations
Strong organizational, multitasking and attention-to-detail skills
Comfortable working under pressure
Familiarity with order management systems, POS or spreadsheets is an advantage
FMCG/food production experience is a plus
