CABIN CREW RECRUITMENT
Aircraft Type: Airbus A340
Umza Air is inviting applications from qualified and safety-driven Cabin Crew to support its Airbus A340 operations. Successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and the delivery of Umza Air's premium yet affordable travel experience.
Minimum Requirements
Possession of a valid NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate
- Hold a current and valid NCAA Cabin Crew Licence in compliance with NCAA regulations
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and unwavering integrity
- Previous type rating on Airbus A340 or wide-body experience will be an added advantage
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Hausa and/or French is an added advantage
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and adaptability skills suitable for a safety-critical environment
Key Competencies
- High level of safety awareness and compliance with SOPS
Ability to work effectively in a multi-crew operational environment
- Strong passenger handling and service delivery skills
Capacity to remain calm and professional under pressure
