Job Summary
- As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for translating marketing strategies into impactful campaigns, driving execution across multiple channels, and optimizing marketing performance to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and event channels to achieve business objectives
- Manage campaign timelines, marketing calendars, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and implement optimization strategies to maximize results
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives
- Drive customer engagement through data-driven marketing, audience segmentation, and multi-channel campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, campaign management, or brand communications, preferably within the fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign execution, marketing automation, and multi-channel communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
- Professional marketing certification is an added advantage.
