Job Summary

- We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing fashion retail business.
Role Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Respond to customers professionally and accurately
- Guide customers through the ordering process
- Share accurate product information, pricing, and delivery details
- Process orders and support order fulfillment
- Send customer broadcasts and updates when required
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Escalate issues appropriately and follow established processes
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and support sales growth

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to spot errors before they become problems

Salary
N150,000 Monthly
