Experienced Human Resources Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within our organization.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary matters.
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Coordinate staff training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Advise management on HR-related matters and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Must be a certified HR professional with any of the following certifications:
- CHRM/CIHRM
- CIPM
- Other recognized HR professional certifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
- Gender: Male / Female.
Starting Salary
N300,000 monthly.
