HR Manager

Summary
- An HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions and ensuring that the organization's workforce is effectively managed in line with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Oversee compensation, payroll, benefits, and welfare administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate training and capacity-building initiatives.
- Manage disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development.
- Promote employee engagement and a positive work culture.
- Prepare HR reports and provide management with workforce insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Typically 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with supervisory or management experience preferred.

N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
