Job Description
- We are seeking a reliable and responsible Dispatch Rider to ensure the timely pickup and delivery of parcels, documents, and other items while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parcels, packages, and documents safely and on time.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
- Obtain proof of delivery where required.
- Ensure proper handling and security of customers' items.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of the assigned motorcycle.
- Report any delivery issues, accidents, or delays promptly.
- Comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
Requirements
Education:
- Minimum of Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
Experience:
- Previous experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Valid Rider's Permit and driver's license are required.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Abuja roads and routes.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Basic record-keeping skills.
Other Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and capable of handling delivery tasks.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Candidates residing within close proximity to the office location will be preferred.
Salary
N70,000 per month. (Might be reviewed).
