Corporate Driver

Job Summary
- The Corporate Driver is responsible for the safe, secure, and timely transportation of authorized personnel in line with company policies, industry safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- The role requires strict adherence to defensive driving practicesand operational discipline.
Key Responsibilites
- Provide safe and efficient transportation for designated staff to assigned destinations
- Ensure strict compliance with defensive driving techniques and road safety regulations at all times
- Plan routes effectively, considering traffic conditions, security risksand time sensitivity
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after use to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance
- Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and service readiness of assigned vehicles
- Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, fuel consumption, and maintenance reports
- Ensure full compliance with company transport policies, HSE standards, and security protocols.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 8 - 15 years’ experience as a corporate driver
- Certified training in defensive driving (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of road safety laws and traffic regulations
- Familiarity with security-conscious driving practices and convoy protocols (an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret maps, GPS, and route planning tools
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work flexible hours.
