Interior Architect
Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
- Our Client, a premium design & real estate firm in Abuja is looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior Architect to design and oversee high-end residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D working drawings (floor plans, lighting layouts, joinery).
- Produce high-quality 3D photorealistic renderings.
- Source luxury materials, finishes, and furniture (FF&E).
- Supervise site execution and manage contractors/artisans.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Strong portfolio showing both technical drawings and 3D renders.
- Excellent site supervision and client presentation skills.
- Experience: 3+ years in Interior Architecture/Design
- Tech Stack AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray.
