Experienced Marketer (Hotel)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop annual marketing and commercial plans in alignment with revenue targets.
- Social Media & Reputation: Manage profiles (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), curate visual assets, and monitor guest feedback on platforms like TripAdvisor and Google.
- Campaign Execution: Create promotional packages to boost occupancy during off-peak seasons or drive footfall to on-site bars and restaurants.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, industry trends, and identify high-value demographics (e.g., corporate travellers, weddings, and MICE)
- Performance Tracking: Analyse analytics, track return on investment (ROI) on advertising spend, and adjust campaigns accordingly
- Event & B2B Marketing: Collaborating with sales teams to promote the property for weddings, conferences, and large group bookings.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
