Operations / Hospital Manager
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor hospital performance, patient satisfaction, and service efficiency.
- Manage departmental activities and coordinate between clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Supervise administrative, support, and operational staff.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and maintenance of hospital equipment and facilities.
- Analyze operational data and prepare management reports.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Support recruitment, staff development, and performance management activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration is an advantage.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and hospital management practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital management software.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in staff supervision, performance management, and team development.
- Professional certifications in healthcare or management-related fields are an added advantage.
