Customer Service Representative
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Fola Osibo - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Handle customer orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Assist with order coordination and follow-up.
- Support daily front desk and administrative operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND,HND and BSc
Other Requirement:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be customer-friendly, organized, and presentable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
