Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Creating strategic HR plans.
• Administering compensation and benefits programs.
• Acting as a liaison between upper management and employees.
• Supporting the performance review process.
• Resolving conflict among employees.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal employment laws.
• Forecasting future staffing needs.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Extensive knowledge of HR principles and processes.
• Competence in using HR data to make strategic decisions.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage change effectively.
• Skill in aligning HR programs with company goals.
• Hospitality experience is a Must.
