Description
- Are you creative, confident on camera, and passionate about creating engaging content? We are looking for an experienced Content Creator to join our growing real estate marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging video and photo content for social media platforms.
- Appear confidently in videos, property tours, promotional campaigns, and brand content.
- Develop creative content ideas that drive engagement and generate leads.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and content briefs.
- Cover property inspections, client testimonials, events, and marketing activities.
- Edit and optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated on content trends and social media best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years' proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or similar role.
- Must reside in or around Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, Lagos.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, articulate, and camera-friendly personality.
- Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Strong storytelling and content planning abilities.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and video editing software (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.).
- Ability to create high-quality, engaging, and conversion-driven content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media trends.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
- Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 / Month
