IT and Facility Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, security, and efficient operation of our office facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a productive work environment by managing facility operations, vendors, assets, and workplace standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Manage vendors, contractors, security, and cleaning services.
- Ensure uninterrupted utility services and workplace functionality.
- Conduct facility inspections and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Maintain company assets, records, and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
- Monitor facility budgets and control operational costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in facility or office administration.
- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, vendor management, and workplace safety.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
