Role Overview
- This is a boots-on-the-ground role. You will take the company’s business tools directly to traders, shops, and open markets across Lagos, driving on-the-spot app sign-ups and subscriptions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to Lagos markets, retail stores, and merchant clusters.
- Pitch the platform, run live mobile app demos, and secure merchant sign-ups.
- Build relationships with market association leaders to gain group access to traders.
- Log activity metrics daily and share weekly feedback.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, brand activation, direct sales, or market outreach.
- Deep understanding of Lagos market culture and fluency in Pidgin English.
- Confident, high-energy communicator who thrives in a fast-paced field environment.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app demos and daily tracking.
Remuneration
N150,000 Base / Month + Commission + Performance Bonuses + Transport allowance, data allowance, branded field kit
