Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and drive sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and organized.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate store records.
- Implement company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 4 years work experience.
- Experience in retail, sales, or store management is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
