Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee and streamline daily business activities to ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a productive and motivated work environment.
- Growth & Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategic plans to boost sales, retain clients, and hit business targets.
- Digital Brand Ownership: Drive our social media strategy, oversee content creation, and engage our online community to enhance brand visibility.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key business metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare actionable periodic reports for leadership.
- Compliance & Standards: Maintain strict adherence to company policies, hygiene standards, and operational guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in business management, operations, or a retail/hospitality leadership role.
- Digital Savvy: Strong, demonstrable experience in social media management, content creation, and digital trends.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and modern business/scheduling tools.
- Added Advantage: Professional management certifications or specialized training in the beauty/hospitality niche.
