Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Dispatch Rider to ensure the timely delivery of medications, medical supplies, and other items to customers and designated locations.
- The ideal candidate must possess excellent knowledge of road networks, strong time management skills, and a valid rider's license with a good driving record.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver medications, medical supplies, and other items safely and promptly.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to meet delivery schedules.
- Verify delivery information and obtain proof of delivery when required.
- Ensure the assigned motorcycle is well-maintained and in good working condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Report delivery issues, delays, accidents, or vehicle maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
- Valid rider's license and a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of local routes and road networks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physically fit and able to handle delivery-related tasks.
Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
