Mixologist

Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative and experienced Mixologist to craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and contribute to a vibrant hospitality environment.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage preparation, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages
- Develop innovative drink recipes and seasonal beverage menus
- Ensure consistency in drink quality, taste, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and engage professionally with guests
- Recommend beverages based on customer preferences
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Creative and detail-oriented approach to beverage preparation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Certification in Mixology or Hospitality is an added advantage
