Job Description: Research Assistant / Data Analyst
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Experience: 2-3 years
Salary: ₦250,000 - ₦280,000 monthly
Sector: Healthcare
Role: Support our clinic by analyzing patient data, treatment outcomes, and market trends to improve patient care + business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Collect, clean & analyze patient/clinic data and surgical outcomes
2. Build dashboards for KPIs: patient volume, retention, revenue per procedure
3. Research weight loss/metabolic surgery trends + competitor pricing
4. Analyze patient feedback/surveys to improve experience
5. Provide data-driven insights to doctors and management
Requirements:
1. BSc/HND in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or related field
2. 2-3yrs experience with Excel + SQL/Python/Power BI/Tableau
3. Strong attention to detail + discretion with patient data
4. Good communication skills
5. Lagos-based, VI preferred. Healthcare/clinic experience is a plus
