Facilities Manager
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary
- As the Facilities Manager, you will oversee the maintenance, functionality, and overall management of facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment that supports high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, repairs, and service coordination
- Supervise vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality facility services
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all facilities
- Monitor utilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and facility improvement plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management
- Professional certification such as IFMA, NEBOSH, or related is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, health & safety standards, and vendor management
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Salary
N450,000 - N500,000 per month.
