Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and well-presented NYSC Corps Member to serve as an Admin Assistant within the Zetile Group.
- This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain real-world administrative and operational experience within a fast-paced, multi-unit business environment.
- You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Group, contributing to smooth internal operations while developing practical professional skills under experienced leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to management and operations teams across units.
- Manage correspondence: drafting, receiving, distributing, and filing emails and physical documents.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments; scheduling, setting reminders, and preparing briefing notes.
- Receive and direct visitors, calls, and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support procurement tasks such as raising purchase requests, tracking deliveries, and maintaining inventory logs.
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documents as required.
- Provide support during events, activations, or programs organized by the Group.
- Carry out any other administrative duties as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
- Must be an active NYSC Corps Member deployed or redeployed to Lagos State.
- Must reside on the Island (Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah, or environs), non-negotiable.
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Humanities, or any related discipline.
- Good written and spoken English; clear, professional communication is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Highly organised, punctual, reliable, and discreet in handling confidential information.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Smart appearance and professional conduct at all times.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a structured but fast-moving environment.

- Net monthly allowance: N70,000 (in addition to federal government NYSC allowance).
