Lawyer (Fresh Graduate or Corps Member)

Job Description
- We are seeking a competent, detail-oriented, and proactive Legal AssistantOfficer to support legal operations within the organization.
- The ideal candidate will assist with legal documentation, compliance matters, stakeholder engagement, litigation tracking, and provide legal support to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Drafting & Documentation:
- Draft, review, and manage agreements, contracts, and official correspondence across the company and its business units.
- Ensure legal documents are accurate, well-documented, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Stakeholder Liaison & Coordination:
- Engage and coordinate with landlords, government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders on legal matters, including assignments outside Lagos.
- Represent the organization in external legal engagements where necessary.
Litigation & Insurance Management:
- Monitor ongoing litigation involving the company, track case progress, and maintain proper records.
- Manage insurance-related documentation and follow up on claims and related processes.
Legal Advisory & Compliance Support:
- Provide legal support to management to promote compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in reviewing company policies, procedures, and operations to ensure legal compliance.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B). Fresh graduate without experience can apply.
Salary
N150,000 / Month.
