Job Summary

• The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth, revenue, and brand visibility across the organization's business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Track marketing performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles.
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or multi-business environments is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance creativity and business impact.
