Driver for Inspection Support

Job Summary
- We are looking for a reliable and professional Driver for Inspection Support to assist our inspection team with safe transportation, field movement, and basic logistical support during property, site, or operational inspections.
- The ideal candidate must be punctual, safety-conscious, well-organized, and able to support inspectors during daily field activities. This role requires good knowledge of local routes, proper vehicle handling, and a respectful attitude when working with team members, clients, and site representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive inspection officers or team members to assigned locations safely and on time.
- Support the inspection team with movement between sites, offices, and client locations.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
- Conduct basic daily vehicle checks, including fuel, oil, tyres, brakes, and general condition.
- Report vehicle faults, damages, or maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist with carrying inspection materials, documents, or light equipment when required.
- Wait at inspection locations and remain available for team movement as needed.
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and company movement instructions.
- Maintain professional conduct while interacting with staff, clients, and external parties.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle-related activities where required.
- Comply with all road safety laws, company policies, and security procedures.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate, logistics, real estate, construction, inspection, or field-support environment.
- Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Ability to use navigation apps such as Google Maps or Waze.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during field assignments.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when inspections require early movement or extended field time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting inspection, site visit, logistics, or field operations teams.
- Familiarity with property locations, construction sites, or business districts.
- Clean driving record.

Salary
N150,000 - N350,000 per month.
