Double Registered Nurse

Job Summary
- We are seeking for a Dual Qualified Nurse (RGN+RMHN) to join our integrated care team.
- You will manage a caseload of patients with co-occurring physical and mental health conditions in setting eg psychiatry, community rehab, or A&E)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct holistic assessments covering both physiological and psychological needs.
- Administer medications (including psychotropics and IV therapies)
- Lead on care planning for conditions such as diabetes with depression, or COPD with anxiety disorder.
- Provide de -escalation and brief psychological interventions.
- Liaise between medical and psychiatric teams to reduce fragmented care.
Requirements
- Experience with electronic patient records (EPR).
- Minimum 2 years post qualifying experience (dual registrations preferred)
- Active NMC registrations in both Adult Nursing and Mental Health Nursing.
- Venepuncture, cannulation, and ECG competency.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
