Basic salary/base pay: Base pay of 80,000 plus a transportation and meal allowance of 20,000, totalling 100,000.

Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused individual who can identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations. This individual will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products, generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth through effective sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's products and solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and quotations.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
- Follow up on sales opportunities and customer requests.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Explain product features, benefits, specifications, and warranties.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
- Prepare sales reports and activity updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Process orders and coordinate delivery schedules with relevant departments.
- Monitor market trends and customer preferences.
- Recommend strategies to improve sales performance and market penetration.
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
- Support product launches and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any field
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
