Description
- We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care, assess and diagnose medical conditions, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications where authorized, and promote overall health and wellness.
- The successful candidate will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with applicable regulations and scope of practice.
- Provide health education, counseling, and preventive care services to patients and families.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 per month.
