Admin Manager
Location: Ajah, Lagos

Responsibilties
Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead, motivate, and train immediate team members to ensure optimum performance.
- Supervise, train and manage administrative staff as well as assigning task and ensuring that they are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly evaluations of subordinates, providing guidance for potential improvements in overall performance.
Office Operations and Equipment Management:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the administrative aspect of the business, ensuring smooth running of daily operations.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment; vet and oversee the purchase of computers, printers, supplies, and other office equipment.
- Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies, and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Ensure reordering level for all items used are known and followed for replenishing of items.
- Organize conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning.
- Oversee and prepare expense reports and budgets.
- Perform any other job functions as may be required for the achievement of the general business objectives.
Records Management and Reporting:
- Create, update, and maintain personnel records, financial records, and other records and databases.
- Keep an updated cost saving measures and cost saved record and submit alongside the monthly report.
- Collect, organize, and store information using computers and filing systems.
- Prepare reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on activities and submit them to the Head of Admin.
Communication and Coordination:
- Schedule company calendar and update as needed.
- Receive and evaluate reports of the activities of subordinates and forward them to the Head of Admin.
- Support department managers, staff, and the CEO.
- Ensure Team compliance with company policies and procedures and update regularly with sector trends.
- Ensure that the department’s Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and practices are consistently applied within the department and across collaborating departments
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 6 years experience.
- Make at least 1 direct sale every quarter.
Salary
N300,000 monthly.
