Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Marketer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with prospective clients.
- The candidate must be passionate about sales, capable of closing deals, and committed to driving business growth.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Marketing, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 3 – 6 years of experience in real estate marketing, sales, or property management.
- Strong knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and property sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and online property platforms.
- Strong team collaboration and support skills.
- Candidates must reside within or close to Lekki Phase 1.
