Job Role
- Responsible for upholding the safety and service standards in line with cabin crew NCAA regulations
- Responsible for reporting any incidents, occurrence or observations to the commander, on flights and manage cabin services
- Ensure decorum and code of conduct is maintained by the cabin crew, when in uniform
- Conduct an all-encompassing pre-flight briefing and a post flight de-briefing
- Responsible for ensuring cabin safety and security onboard
- Provide optimum comfort and service for passengers with courtesy, efficiency, thoughtfulness and assistance
- Publicly behaving as an ambassador, representing the best interest of the airline
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in any field
- Must have completed NYSC or hold Exemption certificate
- Fluent in written and spoken English – additional languages is an advantage
- Excellent health and fitness levels
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving & decision making
- Demonstrated ability in attention to detail & quality
- Excellent personality and the ability to work within a multicultural team.
