Real Estate Marketing Executive
Location: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and services
- Create and manage online and offline marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities
- Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other professionals to develop effective marketing materials Organize and attend real estate events, such as open houses, to promote properties and services
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in real estate marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Understanding of market trends and customer preferences
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
