Job Summary
- Ellasot Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable company seeking a competent and detail-oriented Business Development Manager (Real Estate) to lead our sales team, develop business strategies, and drive revenue growth. increase its sales and profits.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and increasing company revenue.
- The ideal candidate should have solid experience in sales and business development within the real estate industry and possess a strong understanding of the Nigerian property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
- Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand visibility
- Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
