Logistics Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Officerto oversee clearing, forwarding, and shipment processes while ensuring full regulatory compliance and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all import/export shipments (sea, air, and land) from arrival to final delivery.
- Prepare and process key documents (Form M, PAAR, Bill of Lading, Packing List, Certificate of Origin).
- Liaise with clearing agents and freight forwarders to ensure smooth and timely clearance.
- Ensure compliance with Nigeria Customs Service and regulatory bodies (NAFDAC, SON, NESREA).
- Track shipments and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audit requirements.
- Monitor logistics costs and identify ways to reduce delays and demurrage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in import / export or clearing & forwarding.
- Knowledge of Nigerian customs procedures and documentation.
- Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
