Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both traditional and digital marketing, with the ability to develop and execute campaigns that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support business objectives.
- Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate traditional marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Oversee content creation, advertising, and brand communication initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, covering both traditional and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand management, campaign execution, and market positioning.
- Experience managing digital platforms including social media, email marketing, online advertising, and content marketing.
- Proven ability to plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, activations, partnerships, and print/radio campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and trends.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
