Logistics Officer
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver items to the airport and ensure proper documentation of all shipments.
- Reconcile shipment weights and verify accuracy before dispatch.
- Confirm that all items are securely packaged before drop-off at the airport.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, providing accurate and complete information about our services.
- Maintain detailed and well-organised records of all customer interactions.
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely updates to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare all required shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork, ensuring full compliance and accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- 1 or 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight operations will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of shipment documentation and airport procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
