Client Service Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking smart, confident, and customer-focused Client Service Officers for our Lekki showroom. The ideal candidates will be responsible for attending to customers, promoting construction materials, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers professionally
- Promote and recommend construction materials and related products
- Provide customers with accurate product information and recommendations
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper product display and showroom cleanliness
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
- Support inventory monitoring and showroom operations
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is an added advantage
- Knowledge of construction or building materials is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must reside in Lekki or nearby areas
Salary
N150,000 / Month.
