Responsibilities
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Process orders, returns, refunds, or account updates as needed.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
