Operations / Marketing Officer

About the Role
- We are seeking a smart, proactive, and result-driven Operations/Marketing Officer who will play a key role in daily operations and directly source new catering contracts to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations for catering and camp services
- Drive business development efforts by sourcing and securing new catering jobs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across all service areas
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and detailed business reports
- Develop and execute effective marketing and growth strategies
- Monitor operational expenses and support cost-control initiatives
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE and food safety standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 3 – 6 years proven experience in catering operations or similar roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cost control, marketing strategies, and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in industrial catering services is a strong advantage
- Age: 35–40 years.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
