Job Description
- Sales Reconciliation: Verify daily POS (Point of Sale) reports against cash drops, credit card batches, and delivery platform payouts.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices for food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring they match delivery receipts.
- Inventory Valuation: Track ingredient usage and perform weekly reconciliations to prevent waste, shrinkage, and theft.
- Labor Cost Tracking: Process payroll, allocate employee tips, and monitor labor percentages to ensure they align with budget.
Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
