Job Summary
- As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the company’s financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance processes while supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial efficiency within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting activities
- Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and operational financial performance
- Manage cash flow, treasury activities, banking relationships, and working capital optimization
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax obligations, and internal financial controls
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 7–10 years experience in finance or accounting roles with strong manufacturing/FMCG experience
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CIMA is mandatory
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial finance skills.
Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 Monthly.
