Job Description
- We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a smart, detail-oriented, and analytical Accounts Internto join our Finance Teamand gain practical experience in accounting and financial administration.
- This opportunity is ideal for a corps member seeking hands-on experience in accounting within a structured manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions.
- Support the preparation and filing of accounting documents and records.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Help reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Support stock and inventory reconciliation processes.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules.
- Perform data entry and update accounting records as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Department.
Qualifications / Experience
- Must be a current NYSC Corps Member seeking PPA.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel(a must).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
- Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
