Job Summary
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Radiographer to perform diagnostic imaging procedures and support accurate patient diagnosis and treatment.
- The ideal candidate must be skilled in operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards within a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and other imaging services as required
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and image quality during procedures
- Operate and maintain radiology and imaging equipment effectively
- Adhere strictly to radiation protection and safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate patient imaging records and reports
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to support diagnosis and treatment
- Monitor imaging equipment and report faults or maintenance needs promptly
- Ensure proper patient care and professionalism during imaging procedures
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or equivalent qualification in Radiography or Medical Imaging
- Valid practicing license and professional certification
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of radiographic and imaging procedures
- Experience operating imaging equipment such as X-ray, CT Scan, MRI, or Ultrasound machines
- Good understanding of radiation safety and patient care standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
