Hotel Manager

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly experienced hotel manager to join our team.
- He/She will have a proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of a hotel, including operations, guest services, staff management, financial performance, implementation of marketing strategies, and compliance with laws and guidelines to ensure that guests have a positive experience.
- He / She must be target/sales driven.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional guest service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Manage and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and achieve performance goals
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, as well as local and state regulations
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in hotel management with atleast 4 years in a managerial role
- Leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of local and state regulations related to the hospitality industry.
Salary
N250,000 monthly.
