Sales Executive

Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, energetic, and target-driven Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand market coverage, and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong sales experience in FMCG products and demonstrate the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and distribution of company products within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Execute trade activations, promotions, and merchandising activities.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned outlets.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to implement sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ sales experience in FMCG products.
- Must be below 35 years of age.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the Jos market and surrounding areas is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must possess strong customer relationship management skills.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Net Monthly
